LASER CUTTING
Lentech has laser cutting, press brake and presses for sheet metal parts. We can laser cut mild steel up to 15 mm thick and stainless steel up to 10 mm thick. Our presses range from 30 to 120 tons. Sheets metal are laser cut and finished to specification/drawing, powder coated and assembled to customers requirement.
WATER JET CUTTING
Using the latest water jet cutting technology we are able to provide precision cutting for stainless steel and aluminium sheets to various profiles suited to your requirements.
PLASMA CUTTING
We are able to provide precision cutting for mild steel plates up to 30mm thick, stainless steel plates up to 20mm thick and galvanised sheets up to 3mm thick.
CNC TURRET PUNCHING
We are able to service steel and aluminium sheets up to 3mm thick at standardised sheet sizes of 1220 x 2420 mm.
OXY CUTTING
We are able to provide oxy cutting of mild steel plates up to 75mm thick.
METAL BENDING
We are able to offer bending and forming for all cut metals and sheet metals to drawing & specifications.
