For our customers who require finished products, we are able to offer assembly services. 

 

Most of the products that require our assembly service are sheet metal enclosures which require laser cutting & bending, fabrication using channel, tubes, machined or pressed parts, rubber lining. All these parts are surface finished by various methods such as powder coating, painting, plating, galvanising.

 

Our assembly services also include fitting the products with electronics as per the customer's product requirements and drawings. These electrical and electronic parts are sourced out of reputed suppliers or company.

 

We have a set of trained and dedicated staff working in dust free cabins using pneumatic, electric, battery operated hand tools for quick turn arounds.
